With more than 530 members all over China, China Association of National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI) was established in 1995. All the members are large/medium signed marine enterprises, whose shares of new shipbuilding output are more than 90%.
Owning over 100 members, Shanghai Association of Shipbuilding Industry (SASI) was established in 1993. The shipbuilding output from its member enterprises is more than 5,000,000 DWT every year.
Chinese Ocean Engineering Society was founded in 1979, now there are over 2,000 members and 200 groups members. It has 4 professional committees (the coastal engineering, offshore engineering, marine energy, underwater engineering and diving techniques) and Dandong branch. For the great contruibution, Chinese Ocean Engineering Society has been continiously awarded by government these years.
